Especially during this pandemic, life new normal needs to be addressed with policy wisdom in the library. The digital era must be welcomed with creativity by library managers, especially by designing digital-based service systems. Digital services will facilitate access to information resources owned by the library. This is expected to create a generation of competitive library users who are ready to become the next generation of librarians. agent of change, agent of culture, and agent of knowledge. This became a hot topic of discussion in the National Seminar of the ISI Yogyakarta Library with the theme “Challenges and Library Strategies in the Digital Age: Dismantling the mindset of Indonesian librarians”. which was held on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 from 10.00 - 12.00 WIB. The speakers for this National Seminar were Dr. Muhammad Sulhan, S.IP., M.Si. (Lecturer in Communication Science, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta). and Dr. Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.IM. (Lecturer of Library Science, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Diponegoro University Semarang). The moderator of this event was Bandono, SIP (Associate Expert Librarian of ISI Yogyakarta).
